10月5日，在鋼諾新材公司隆重舉辦了質(zhì)量月總結(jié)表彰暨產(chǎn)量月啟動(dòng)大會(huì)，其中李海振、張書黨班組以優(yōu)異成績(jī)分別獲得了鍛球組和軋球組的質(zhì)量月冠軍，并都多次獲得周冠軍。今天我們有幸專訪了鍛球組班長(zhǎng)李海振。

這些都是同事對(duì)李海振的評(píng)價(jià)，他的“責(zé)任心強(qiáng)”的形象已經(jīng)深入人心。李海振是2014年6月進(jìn)入公司，在公司已經(jīng)工作了2280個(gè)日日夜夜，“來(lái)公司，沒(méi)有想太多，就是干好活，把設(shè)備都保養(yǎng)好，才能掙錢。”李海振激動(dòng)的說(shuō)到。工作中為了節(jié)約時(shí)間，其他同事去吃飯的時(shí)候，他就把生產(chǎn)線的設(shè)備再檢查一遍，及時(shí)更換刀片，其他同事回來(lái)后，設(shè)備就能正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，來(lái)了就能開(kāi)機(jī)生產(chǎn)。

Li Haizhen entered the company in June 2014 and has been working for 2,280 days and nights in the company. In order to save time at work, when other colleagues went to eat, he checked the equipment of the production line again and replaced the blades in time. After the other colleagues came back, the equipment would be able to operate normally and start production when they came.

文化低，學(xué)習(xí)起來(lái)很吃力，但“不放棄”成了他的座右銘。從夾棒、夾球到鍛打，特別是鍛球，持續(xù)不斷學(xué)了一個(gè)月?，F(xiàn)在學(xué)會(huì)了很多技能，工作中遇到設(shè)備問(wèn)題，就能以最快的速度修好；同事遇到問(wèn)題的時(shí)候，只要自己會(huì)的就主動(dòng)去幫，在幫助別人的時(shí)候，也是一種學(xué)習(xí)，藝多不壓身。一技之長(zhǎng)，一技能養(yǎng)家，有專長(zhǎng)才能致富。之前從來(lái)沒(méi)有想過(guò)帶班組干活，是鋼諾給我的這個(gè)機(jī)會(huì)，讓我在這個(gè)平臺(tái)上我學(xué)到了好多東西，學(xué)會(huì)了一技之長(zhǎng)。
